Company structure

Bontempi Vibo S.p.A. is based at three different sites:

In Rodengo Saiano (Bs) are settled our General Direction, the Sales- and Accounting Departments as well as the Purchasing- Logistics- and IT Departments. The new automatic warehouse is also located here, with its capacity of more than 15.000 pallet places. Shortly some production departments will be working in Rodengo Saiano as well

Berzo Inferiore’s Factory (Bs). This factory is equipped for an integral production cycle of different screws, in different sizes, made in carbon steel and stainless steel from diameter M10 to diameter M27. It is composed of the following departments: raw material warehouse (more than 3000 tons); wire rod preparation area (sandblasting, bonder, oxalating and extruding); screws cold forging; thermal treatment furnace; polishing department; packaging department; and warehouse for the final stock location. At Berzo the Quality Assurance department and the equipment and maintenance Dpt are both situated. Different departments work on three shifts and some departments work on continuous shifts. The Quality Inspection department is also based here, along with the Technical department and the Times/Methods department. These departments also work for the Calabritto’s Factory.

Calabritto’s Factory (Av). This factory is equipped with an integral production cycle of different screws (especially hexagon head and socket cap screws in carbon steel and stainless steel from diameter M5 to diameter M12. It has exactly the same departments as the Berzo’s factory.

Vibo in numbers.

The production per year of both factories is 18.000 tons which is equal to almost 600 mln of screws. The average production value was between € 35 and € 40 million in the period 2005-2010. We employ approximately 120 personnel.
