Dear Customers, 

in order to better satisfy our customers’ needs, we are pleased to inform you that after hearing your comments about our box labels, we decided to modify them. In particular we now identify our Lot Number with LOT, instead of the previous ODL. As we work in an international market, we wanted to make our labels better readable for all our customers. For this reason we hope you will also be interested in our bar code and the information you can get from it about our products, and the integration possibilities between our EDP systems..We remind you the main information you can get from our labels, and awaiting your useful advices we thank you in advance (Click here to view the new GS1 label).

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, starting from today, Bontempi VIBO’s range has new products!
We introduced DIN 931, diam. 10 from length 110mm. up to 150mm. in carbon (8.8 and 10.9) and from length 110mm. up to 200mm. in stainless steel (A2-70, A4-70).
Furthermore, we introduced DIN 912, diam. 10 from length 110mm. up to 150mm. in carbon (8.8).

We introduced DIN 912, diam. 10 from length 110mm. up to 150mm. in carbon (12.9) and from length 110mm. up to 200mm. in stainless steel (A2-70, A4-70).

Dear Customer,
As you may be aware of in march 2009 ISO published the revision of spec. 898-1 “Mechanical properties of fasteners made of carbon steel and alloy steel -- Part 1: Bolts, screws and studs”. This spec. was finally approved on July 9th 2009.
The new edition, contrary to the previous one, requires for  the material of class 8.8 a sufficient hardenability to ensure a structure consisting of approximately 90% martensite in the core of the threaded section for the fasteners in the “as-hardened” condition before tempering.
Bontempi Vibo would like to point out that its whole production, even before year 2009, fulfils the spec. requirements.
We would also like to inform you that all our screws have been manufactured in our Italian plants.

We introduced also DIN 931, diam. 22 length 200mm. in stainless steel (A2-70).
