Dear Sirs,
by the present we would like to inform you that, during the Christmas Holidays, we are planning to move our warehouse to our new plant located in Rodengo Saiano. At the same time we will also start up our brand new automatic warehouse.
For this reason we will be obliged to stop all the deliveries starting from the beginning of December till the middle of January.
Our purpose is to restart our regular shipments on week n° 03/2009 but, taking into consideration all the activities related to the new warehouse start up, we can not give you a certain date of shipment and we have no idea about the date on which we will reach the maximum level of efficiency.
Therefore we kindly ask you to send us asap the purchase orders you are planning to issue for the next months (December and January) in order to give us the possibility to avoid any kind of delays or disservices.
We also inform you that, starting from the middle of November, we will proceed with the shipment of all the available items that have been booked and confirmed for December.
Thanks in advance for your kind cooperation and for your patience on this matter.

We introduced DIN 931 and 912, diam. 6 from length 60mm. up to 100mm. in carbon (8.8, 12.9) and stainless steel (A2-70, A4-70).

17 March 2008: With reference to our email sent on 7th March 2008 regarding our new labelling system, we would like to clear up the following issue's;
The new labelling system will only be used on new production
Current stock cannot be re-labelled using the new technology
We cannot estimate the time it will take for the old labels to be used and when the stock will be all new labels. It is still possible to receive goods with both the old and new labels.

7 March 2008: In order to improve the service and speed in which our logistics department operates, Bontempi Vibo plan to introduce an automated new labelling system. For this purpose, all Vibo’s packaging will have a barcode (EAN 13) stating the manufacturer name, the country of origin, the part number (P/N) and the batch number. This 'real time' system automatically read's customer P/N’s and loads the information into our warehouse for a swift response from our operation's department. We are confident of the improvements to our service that his system will bring, and trust that if you require any further information our sales department and edp department are at your service.

20 February 2008: We would like to inform you that, starting from today, Bontempi VIBO’s range has new products! We introduced DIN 931, DIN 933 and DIN 912, diam. 5 from length 30mm. up to 50mm. in stainless steel (A2-70 and A4-70). We look forward to receiving your new P.O.!
13 November 2007: We are pleased to inform You that from now on, new products have been added to the VIBO’s range! We have introduced DIN 912 diam.14 from length 110mm up to 200mm in carbon steel (8.8 and 12.9) and from length 110mm up to 150mm in stainless steel (A2-70 and A4-70); DIN 931 diam 14, length from 160mm up to 200mm in carbon steel (8.8 plain and zinc plated, 10.9).

23 May 2007: starting from today you can find at the "suppliers area" the Autodesk DWF Viewer up-dating, the program you need in order to visualize the equipment technical drawings by the new Autodesk Design Review version.
9 June 2005: considering that very soon it is coming into force the European Directive 2002/95/CE, known as RoHS (Restriction of use certain Hazardous Substance in elettrical and elettronic equipment), we would like to point out some important aspects concerning the conformity of our surface treatments.
Bright zinc plating: our current production is free of hexavalent chrome (for diameter > M12 we had been producing screws free of hexavalent chrome since some years).
Yellow zinc plating: Bontempi Vibo has already the possibility to produce the "yellow zinc plating free of hexavalent chrome" instead of the standard treatment. The type of the surface treatment has to be stated precisely on your request of quotation.
Geomet: Bontempi Vibo has already the possibility to produce the Geomet treatment instead of the standard Dacromet treatment. The type of the surface treatment has to be stated precisely on your request of quotation.
