Despite the current challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bontempi Vibo renews its promise of growth. "Our project continues without hesitation, articulating on various levels, strategic, cultural, operational and financial, linked by the lowest common denominator of organic and structural growth" explains CEO Alessandro Raoul Bontempi in a recent interview.
The first great success of the year was the company's entry into the Elite program of London Stock Exchange Group, an important recognition of the Italian Stock Exchange that rewards the best companies in the Country.
Bontempi Vibo goes a step further and prepares to face future market challenges with the Vibo Academy program, developed in collaboration with Randstad. The aim, says the CEO, is to "respond to the new needs of the market not only in terms of know-how and new skills, but also opportunities for young people".
The company, which is preparing for the imminent entry of the third generation of the entrepreneurial family, looks to the novelty and the constant renewal without ever failing to the principles of “Made in Italy” quality level and continuous training.
