Our product range includes cylindrical and socket hexagon head screws and bolts from M5 to M64.
We meet industry standards and offer a variety of screws, designed to efficiently meet the needs of international markets.
Cold-forging screws production
Our offer includes different diameters ranging from Ø=5 mm to Ø=36 mm, available in various grades and with numerous surface treatments.
Hot-forging screws production
Used for the production of screws with lengths over 300 mm on the existing cold-forming range and diameters from 39 to 64 mm.
Automated warehouse
Our production is geared to supply over 1 billion parts per year, always available in our highly automated warehouse in Rodengo Saiano (Brescia), which boasts a capacity of 20,000 pallet spaces.
This logistic solution offers our customers instant access to the quantities in stock and the possibility of ordering products from our ‘virtual stock’ with just one click. All our products are carefully packed in standard commercial boxes, ready for sale, and placed on Europallets.
The Testing Laboratory is equipped with all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment to conduct metallurgical tests and control the quality of raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products and production equipment.
Thanks to our advanced IT platform we are able to manage the quality system in a unified manner, issue documents and maintain complete traceability of every test event.
Upon request, we issue certificates for any type of product, whether standard or custom-made according to design specifications.
