The new logistics hub in Rodengo Saiano

With the declared goal of shipping 150 tons of goods every day by 2025 to active customers worldwide, Bontempi VIBO has invested in a new logistics facility in Rodengo Saiano, designed to ensure efficiency, speed and operational continuity.

This decision stems from a clear vision: to double our production capacity by 2028. A growth path that requires a logistics system capable of handling increasing volumes without compromising service quality.

Every day, an organization at the service of our customers

Thanks to a double shift system always active at the picking bays we are currently able to process up to 600 order lines per day. Our automated warehouse houses around 20,000 pallet spaces, ensuring immediate availability of our entire product range — considered one of the most complete in Europe for fasteners.

Loading and unloading operations are guaranteed within an extended time window, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with minimal waiting times. Additionally, all our carriers are certified and use modern, low-emission CO₂ vehicles.

Each week we handle over 1,400 containers to provide customers with more than 300 different types of surface finishing. This steady and well-coordinated flow is made possible by a dedicated team of 10 people fully focused on logistics operations.

This investment was made to offer customers an even more reliable and quicker service, in line with a growing demand and with the planned expansion of our production capacity in the coming years.
