Adoption of the 231 Organisational Model and the Company Code of Ethics

Bontempi VIBO has formally adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, together with the Company Code of Ethics, available for download.

This decision confirms the company’s commitment to operating according to principles of fairness, transparency, compliance with the law and responsibility, strengthening the culture of legality and trust towards all stakeholders.
