Bontempi VIBO accelerates: introduced the new strategic plan

“As a company we want to continue to grow.” These are the words of Raoul Bontempi, CEO of Bontempi VIBO SpA, as he discusses the new five-year strategic plan with Fastener + Fixing magazine.

Bontempi VIBO is experiencing a period of continuous growth, aiming at doubling its production capacity by 2028, thus reaching the goal of producing 45,000 tons of screws per year.

The company is not only growing in size, increasing its production capacity and expanding its range, but it has also redesigned its approach from a managerial point of view, stimulating each employee to take on greater responsibilities, thus putting people at the center of its project.

In addition, Bontempi VIBO has emphasized its focus toward distributors. The philosophy of serving only the distributors, without reaching the end user, is as firm as ever, ensuring that the company never competes with its own customers.
