New whistleblowing function ensures confidentiality and ethical responsibility
Bontempi Vibo announces the introduction of a new and advanced whistleblowing reporting system on its website. In compliance with current legislation, the company has implemented specific reporting channels, allowing anyone to send whistleblowing reports confidentially.
Main features of the system:
Confidentiality guaranteed: the system ensures maximum confidentiality for the identity of the whistleblower, the persons involved and the content of the report.
Whistleblowing reports: reports should be as detailed as possible and must concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company. These may include corrupt acts, violations of occupational health and safety regulations, or environmental issues.
Personal complaints, claims or requests relating to one’s employment relationship will not be considered. These should be sent to the appropriate Personnel function.
Who can report:
The system is open to people inside and outside the organization including employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders and people with administrative or control functions in the companies.
