Vibo grows and introduces a new department: hot forging

After an initial experience gained in the Bellusco plant, Bontempi VIBO has inaugurated a new hot forging department at its Rodengo Saiano site. Last january, in fact, it was possible to start the production of special shapes and profiles, more articulated and complex than before, thanks to the hot forging technique and a highly qualified staff able to manage groundbreaking plants with considerable levels of robotics and automation.
All this has made it possible to expand Vibo’s products range with a further assortment of stud bolts and screws up to 1000 mm long from under head, and diameters up to and including M64, thus making our range even more complete. The combination of technical expertise and the new forging line allows Bontempi Vibo’s specialized team to take care of the entire production process, from initial costing to complete development, while maintaining consistently high levels of quality and efficiency.
Flexibility is undoubtedly the cornerstone of the new department: product changes are made quickly and deliveries are handled in ever shorter timescales.

For the new year 2023 major investments are planned for this department, aimed at further improving the production process which will significantly reduce lead times and clearly increase the quality of the final product.
